Each bag is unique, handwoven by women self-help groups in rural villages of Kitui, Kenya using traditional techniques passed down generations. The sisal fibre is sun-dried and dyed using artificial color to give this bag a beautiful color pattern. Since they are handmade, there can be a slight difference in the sizes and the color too.

- Your bag may arrive misshapen or flattened. Don't fret, they are easy to shape. If this happens you can use a container of similar shape to remold it again.
- Avoid exposure to direct to sunlight since they can fade their original color.
- Keep away from a dump area or make sure that it doesn't come in conduct with water.
