Shipping: We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and external factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or intimate products, may not be eligible for return due to their nature.
Return Shipping: If a return or exchange is necessary, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and returned in its original condition.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
